Few have probably ever done that as a stand-alone company. Conoco went from 54 in 1985 to 9 the next year. Thats about 83 percent. And went well over 100 after that. But its been through a few buyouts and mergers. Geico was trading at 2 at one point. Now its part of Berkshire Hathaway and worth much more than 2 as a stand alone company.. Ford may have made it through the Depression. But they didnt go public until 1953.
