Some growth stocks does not give dividend. Why not buy their option call leaps, it is cheaper. Is this wise?

I don't understand your argument. LEAP calls don't pay dividends either, so that can not be the reason to buy them.

The main advantage of buying LEAP calls instead of the stock is that you can have the same gain for less money invested. In exchange they are more risky.
